Below you will see photos of what was received ... compared to what was ordered. Very disappointed with my experience. I paid for same-day delivery, yet the flowers were delivered a full day late. To make matters worse, the arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. The difference in the arrangement, colors, and overall presentation was extremely disappointing. When you pay a premium for same-day delivery and order a specific arrangement for an important occasion, you expect the order to arrive on time and reasonably resemble what you purchased. Unfortunately, neither happened here. I would not recommend this florist based on my experience. The entire purpose of ordering flowers is to have something beautiful and thoughtfully presented arrive when it matters — and this order completely missed the mark.

They fulfilled an online order poorly. I ordered a large floral arrangement and they delivered 4 roses and 4 wilted 'purple stock'. They never answer the phone and have no voicemail. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them unless you go in person to choose your flowers.

I ordered the spray on the left. I received the spray on the right. They used hydrangeas that aren’t going to last in the heat. The thing they made was misshapen, the white flowers were a mess of 4 or 5 different flowers and there were huge empty patches of just greenery! I WISH I had come to Yelp before I ordered from here. I told them to cancel the order and issue a refund. They told me to “call your bank.” They didn’t cancel. They brought this mess to the gravesite, so I’d have to pay for it. I found them on the Stuhr’s funeral home website, so I assumed they had been vetted by Stuhr’s. Nope! I blame the funeral home also, but they weren’t any help. Do not use this florist! They were out of the red, white and blue ribbon, out of red ribbon and out of blue! Huh? They blamed it on Trump’s tariffs. How can a florist be out of so much ribbon? This place wouldn’t have any customers if we all checked Yelp first. Any positive reviews are fake for sure!

Paid for a premium spring bouquet and received this sad “arrangement” instead. Over 20 flowers visible in a Terracotta pot from the online photo and received an extremely sad 8-ish flowers instead in a white vase. This was sent as a gift and is extremely disappointing. I understand needing to replace blooms as needed but this is abismal.

Received flowers on a Tuesday afternoon. By Thursday am, part of the arrangement was dead, others starting to turn brown, water was super cloudy and they smelled terrible. Tried calling during normal business hours on Thursday and the phone rang and rang, with no answer/no voicemail. Got ahold of someone Friday am and was inquiring to see if my Boyfriend could get a refund given the flowers are dying and I know they weren’t inexpensive. She was completely passive aggressive telling me they took a photo of the flowers when they delivered and they were perfect. I didn’t dispute that, told her they looked great and then she proceeded to use the outdoor heat and leaving them on the porch as an excuse. I told her I was home when they were delivered (WFH) and that I brought them in as soon as they were delivered. She then tried to tell me that based off of the AC in my house that flowers don’t like certain locations?!? Told her they are on my kitchen table, no direct AC and I’ve never had issues with a floral arrangement lasting 2-3 days?!? Water is cloudy on Friday after changing it on Thursday afternoon. Petals falling off, shriveled up, brown/crunchy, leaves dying. She ended the call
